You are good at what you do. You handle responsibility. You show up. You run the house. People often ask, “How do you do it all?” Yet, privately, you may feel stretched, reactive, tired of running on adrenaline, or aware that you cannot keep going at this pace forever.

We get that.

As a GP and a lawyer with young families, we understand the pressure of busy working lives. We know what it feels like to carry responsibility all day and still try to protect your own wellbeing in the margins of your week. We also know how frustrating it is to understand the theory of stress and habits, yet struggle to apply it consistently because you simply don't feel like you have the time or energy.

Channel Your Serenity started as a single workshop. Two coaches coming together to create something because they didn't want to do it alone anymore and saw a unique opportunity to combine their expertise and experience into a truly unique offering. From that first conversation about stress, boundaries and burnout, it has grown into webinars, weekend retreats, corporate workshops and now a structured membership community.

What makes our approach different is that it brings everything together in one place. We could not find a space that combined practical coaching, evidence-based tools, movement and somatic practices in a way that felt realistic for busy lives. So we created it.

We blend somatic exercises - mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and visualisation - with reflective practices and coaching tools focused on the topics that matter most to our clients - purpose, self-belief, communication, boundary setting, emotional intelligence, time management, self-leadership., to name a few. 

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about connecting back to who you are and realigning things so that you are living an authentic, meaningful and joy-filled life. It's about redirecting your energy to the things that truly matter and creating structure and consistency to move from stress to serenity without stepping away from your ambition.

We want you to feel empowered to set bold and courageous goals that reflect your personal values and desires and to help you to create a personal blueprint to achieving them. Channel Your Serenity is designed to support individuals like you to aim for and achieve great things without losing connection to who you are.

Get to know your coaches

Dr Laureen Jacquet

Laureen is an NHS General Practitioner with a PhD in Stem Cell Research and a background in personal training. Alongside her clinical work, Laureen trained as a coach with the Flow Coaching Institute and now works with high-achieving professionals, guiding them to establish healthy boundaries and improve time management, while looking after their health.

Laureen’s approach combines mindfulness, goal-setting, and actionable personal development exercises, creating a pathway to sustainable change. With her background in medicine, fitness and specialism in Lifestyle Medicine, Laureen recognises the importance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering a comprehensive and holistic coaching experience. 

Lisa Ardley-Price

Lisa is a lawyer and award-winning coach and mentor with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Lisa is known for her inclusive leadership and compassionate approach in all her work.

Lisa is also a certified fitness instructor and yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher, who integrates movement and mindfulness with coaching and positive psychology to help her clients build mental and physical resilience, identify their purpose and unlock their fullest potential.

Lisa champions wellbeing and inclusion initiatives in the workplace to create thriving teams and belongs to numerous networks and initiatives to further this cause. She is a volunteer for Women in Banking & Finance, and co-founder of Hera, a community for women in the Legal industry. Lisa has been recognised as the Legal 500 ESG Awards Women in Law Champion of the Year 2026, was listed in the Women Who Will; Leaders in Law 2025, the Involve x YouTube HERoes lists 2024 and 2025 and a Leading Light in the Kindness and Leadership 2024 for her work in gender equity, wellbeing and supporting others.

Lisa's mantra is that great leadership starts with self-leadership, whether you are leading at home or professionally.
